Nordic Rune Set

These sets consist of the 24 Elder Futhark Rune symbols from the Viking and Nordic traditions. Each rune is painted with the symbol but also an orientation marking to guide one with which way the rune is meant to be read. Per tradition, a blank stone is also always included in these sets. The basic stones are made from Santorini Stone which is a durable type of marble. The white sets of Runes are typically painted on the bare stone while others are painted with a base color. The images on the flip sides are as consistent as possible but as with any hand painted items there will always been discrepancies that add to the unique character of each set.

Each set includes a hand made leather bag that can be laid flat for casting or gathered up for storage or travel.
